Solis typically pursues majority equity investments ranging from $2 - $25 Million. Solis views its investments as long-term, typically with a four to six year horizon. While Solis reviews each opportunity on its merits, Solis portfolio companies typically meet the following criteria:

Strong management team with the desire and capability to grow

Proven business model with a growing, fragmented, domestic market size of at least $300 Million

Patent-protected intellectual property, proprietary processes or unique capabilities that create barriers to entry

Secure market position not subject to technological obsolescence

Revenues of between $10 and $75 Million

Three year history of positive cash flow

Three year history of 10% pre-tax net margins or greater

Potential to generate compounded annual earnings growth of a least 10% over a five year period
