Solis Capital Partners announces first closing of Fund II

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Feb. 13, 2012 – Solis Capital Partners (Solis) today announced a first closing of its second fund at $42.5 Million in commitments. The remaining commitments for Fund II, capped at a total of $100 Million, are expected by year end.
