Certi-Fresh Foods, Inc. (“Certi-Fresh”), Solis’ first transaction since its formation, is a Southern California-based value-added processor of shrimp and other seafood for the food service industry. Its Customers include PF Chang’s (NASDAQ: PFCB), Buca di Beppo (NASDAQ: BUCA), Morton’s of Chicago, La Salsa, and Gelson’s Supermarkets, among others. Solis completed its transaction with Certi-Fresh on July 1, 2003.
