Solis exercises discipline in their investments, and I have a great deal of confidence in their abilities and approach. Solis principals have strong analytical skills and negotiate deal terms very astutely. They also are more patient than other private equity groups I have invested with and less emotional in their deal making.

One of Solis’ greatest strengths is the relationships they have forged over the years which give them access to proprietary deal flow. But foremost for me is the trust I have in the group’s business acumen. I invested in Solis Partners’ first transaction and in every one since, and that is a first for me.
