When Solis came on board with us, they had, for the right reasons, lost confidence in our company’s previous management team’s ability to bring growth. They saw this company needed to do something different to be successful and help guide us in a new direction.

Solis asks fair questions such as how to grow our business better. They are strategic thinkers, do their homework and know where our company stands. The principals at Solis are smart and understand what we need to do to accomplish growth.
Solis holds us accountable to the strategic and functional goals we establish, and insures that we have all the necessary pieces in place to achieve them. To their credit, Solis is comfortable relying on us as leaders. They ask a lot of questions but intervene only if necessary. Solis is available for us anytime, but they don’t meddle with us on a day-to-day basis.
Our involvement with Solis is all about creating wealth: wealth for Solis and its investors, wealth for us, and wealth for our employees who really are responsible for making it happen. Twenty-five percent of Kamino is owned by our employees. Our employees are working harder since Solis came on board and the work is more demanding, but their wealth and 401(k)s are growing as a result.
